We start with naturally grown hardwood chips from the forest. These chips are mostly Red Oak and White Oak, with a small remaining percentage of other assorted hardwoods.
The chips are then air dried to remove moisture. These hardwood chips are then pressure injected with special flavoring compounds in a patent pending process. The flavoring compounds are all natural ingredients found in your kitchen, which add moisture and seasoning to the smoke, so that food cooked in the smoke becomes flavored without drying out.
